Happy Friday babes! Since it’s almost the weekend I wanted to share with you these tips to eating healthy while eating out:
- Plan ahead – Check for online menus and see if there’re healthy options available
- Don’t leave your home hungry – have a healthy snack before going out
Control portions – Most of the restaurants out there serve huge portions.
- Ask for a half portion or consider sharing with your friends
- Eat slowly – It takes 20 min for your brain to get the message from your stomach that you’re not longer hungry
Enjoy yourself – Don’t worry about counting calories. Remember, it’s better quality than quantity
