There's nothing more uncomfortable that spend your day with a back pain. Right?
So today I wanted to share with you this stretching exercise that will help ease that pain.
: Start on your hands and knees. round your spine up towards the ceiling, Tuck your chin towards your chest, and let your neck release. arch your back, let your belly relax and go loose. Lift your head and tailbone up towards the sky. Repeat for at least 5 rounds
: Start on your hands and knees. Sit back on your heels and reach your hands forward and gentle stretch. Hold for 15 seconds and repeat 3 times
: Begin face down on the floor. Press your hands firmly on the ground. Slowly lift your torso (your back will be slightly extended). Hold for 15 seconds and repeat 3 times
