HAVE YOU TRIED INTERMITTENT FASTING?

I've been doing it for a month and I'm obsessed! I feel more energized, I don't feel hungry every 2 hours and I didn’t gain weight during the holidays #yasss

#PROS: Promotes health & weight loss, burns fat (your body switches from operating on insulin to operating on fat), Improves mental clarity & focus, increases energy & lowers blood insulin and sugar levels

#CONS: Fasting is not for everybody (you must have a level of commitment & dedication), some people might confuse fasting with starvation (this is NOT about depriving yourself from eating)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Basically, it’s going through specific number of hours without eating, usually 14 to 16 hours. The amount of time is called the fasting window, where you are only allowed to consume liquids, like tea, coffee or water. Then you have an eating window 10 to 8 hours where you are allowed to eat your regular meals (No calories restriction)
